Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to visits to plirisplans.com and information provided through plan inquiries, consultations, shopping and checkout, customer-support communications, and designer or publishing-partner inquiries. It explains website information handling; the Terms and Conditions and applicable service agreements separately govern plan licensing, purchases, and services.
PLIRIS Co and PLIRIS Forensics have separate website privacy policies. Visiting another PLIRIS website does not automatically transfer your cookie choice to that site.
Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Information you provide. We receive the contact and project details you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone number, company, project location, plan interests, questions, and correspondence.
Shopping and order information. When you shop or place an order, information may include chosen plans, selected options, cart contents, billing and delivery details, order references, and transaction or payment-status information. Payment services process information needed to handle payments under their own privacy notices. Do not send payment-card numbers or security codes through a general contact form, chat, or support email.
Designer and partner inquiries. If you ask about publishing plans, we receive the professional contact information and design or portfolio materials you choose to submit. Provide only materials you are authorized to share.
Technical and usage information. Website hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, access times, and diagnostic information. Optional analytics may process page visits and interactions as explained in Cookies & Tracking. Plan-search selections, such as bedrooms, bathrooms, stories, garage size, and floor area, are used to display relevant results; analytics use of those interactions remains subject to your analytics choice.

Ordering and Using Plans
Plans may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, or reused for multiple builds without proper authorization.
All Plans are created by designers. When you order Plans, you are granted a limited license
to use the Plans for a single project, subject to these Terms.
Sharing & Disclosures
Information may be disclosed to providers supporting website hosting, security, customer relationship management, business records, communications, analytics, and payment processing. Our existing policy identifies HubSpot and Smartsheet among these business tools. Microsoft receives Clarity information when analytics is enabled.
Information relevant to a requested order, plan modification, or service may need to be shared with the PLIRIS team and designers or professionals involved in fulfilling that request. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, disputes, or legal claims.
Website analytics acceptance does not grant advertising consent under this website's analytics-only configuration. The privacy practices of providers and services you use directly are described in their own notices, including the HubSpot Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy, and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including:

- Contracts and transaction records: up to 7 years
