PLIRIS comes from the Greek word for “complete” which is a reflection of how we approach every project within our ecosystem. To us, “complete” means moving beyond concepts and toward solutions that can be clearly understood, evaluated, and built with confidence.
PLIRIS Plans is built around that principle. Instead of focusing solely on aesthetics or trends, the platform connects homeowners and builders with designs that are structured for real-world application. His experience spans structural engineering, construction management, and real-world project execution across both residential and commercial environments.
His career includes work in civil engineering, project management, and government projects with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he developed a strong foundation in structural analysis, quality assurance, and construction oversight.
At PLIRIS, Royal leads with a focus on delivering complete plans. His expertise in structural systems, permitting requirements, and code standards ensures that every design goes beyond concept and is prepared for real-world approval and construction. His background includes leadership roles in pre-construction, purchasing, and architectural planning, where he oversaw design coordination, cost control, and project delivery across multiple large-scale developments. This experience gives him a practical understanding of how decisions made on paper directly impact timelines, budgets, and outcomes in the field.
At PLIRIS, John serves as Chief Operating Officer, bringing a builder’s perspective to how plans are developed, evaluated, and delivered. He oversees the alignment between design, engineering, and construction, ensuring that every plan meets the standards of a complete plan—one that is practical to build, cost-aware, and ready for real-world execution. His role helps bridge the gap between concept and construction, turning plans into projects that can be delivered efficiently and built with confidence.
