Customization Services
PLIRIS Plans or its designers may offer customization services. Customized Plans remain the property of PLIRIS Plans and are subject to these Terms.
Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information, approvals, and required site data. Obtain soil studies and surveys at your expense.
Builder Responsibilities
Your builder must comply with all codes, obtain permits, verify dimensions, and ensure proper installation and safety.
Intellectual Property
PLIRIS Plans owns all intellectual property rights in the Site and Plans. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify PLIRIS Plans against claims arising from misuse of the Site or Plans.
Disclaimer
The Site and Plans are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You assume responsibility for compliance with local laws.
Additional Caveats
Plans are intended to indicate design intent and may require modifications for local codes and conditions.
Limitations of Liability
PLIRIS Plans’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the Plans or $100, whichever is greater.
